First let me say i agree with the structure, no issues, but i would like to make some suggestions:
1. New comers: we should not allow people to stay in the guild and never participate to anything or speak on the guild chat. What is the point? After 2 weeks, if a new comer is not participating at all, he should be ask to leave. Before that, i think it should be the role of all ranked PACT to make the first step, speak with them and see what is wrong. Small group like our can be harder to integrate and we need as well to be pro-active. (I am not sure what you wanted to mean by inactive)
2. To move to initiate i will ask people, as a condition, to register themselves on the forum. It is important and it is an obvious sign of interest for the guild.
3. Crafting is as well VERY important for the guild and in some way we should reflect them. Now, i don't think we need quota or anything, but before moving to higher rank than initiate a recruit should be able to provide basic items of his speciality. I would be careful with this rule. It is not a quota but more a willing to participate. Participate to the guild in the spirit of the guild is what makes us different from others guilds.
As a player, i will help the guild in the following areas:
- Recruiting activity.
- First training activities. I would like to do a first training, this will not be a martial training, but a formal meeting for new people where in the game, on a more 'martial way of speaking' they will be remember what is the guild about and what the guild expect from them. It will be put into the context of the game. I would like to start this Sunday and do it once a week. I would like that to be a condition before moving out to initiate. Who are you? What is the guild you are playing one? I am preparing the script.
- PvP. At the end this is why i am on the game.
The guild is starting well and strong. Congratulation to all !
